How To Make Ramen: Ramen is a noodle soup which is basically originated from Japan. It has Chinese wheat noodles which are served in a meat or fish-based broth. It is also flavored with soy sauce or miso, and it is topped with toppings such as sliced pork, nori, Menma, and scallions. It is good for health as it provides iron and various vitamins.

Ingredients used to make Ramen

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame or vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 teaspoons of fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of mirin
  • 4 cups of rich chicken stock
  • 1 dried shitake mushrooms
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of sea salt,m
  • 2 large eggs
  • Half cup of scallions, sliced
  • 2 packs dried ramen noodles
  • Fresh jalapeño slices, for serving


  • Firstly preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the chicken properly.
  • Take a big fry pan, place it over the gas stove on high flame, melt the butter in it, and then add the chicken, skin-side down. Cook it till the skin gets golden brown in color/
  • Then flip the chicken and cook another side for about 4 to 5 minutes, till it gets golden.
  • Now place them in the oven and roast for around 15 to 20 minutes, till the chicken gets cooked properly.
  • After roasting remove it from the oven and keep it on a plate and cover it with foil till serving.
  • Again take a big fry pan, place it over the gas stove on high flame, melt the butter in it and then add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, mirin. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Then cover it with a lid and bring them to a boil.
  • Remove the lid, and cook for another 5 more minutes, then add dried mushrooms to it. Cook for another 10 minutes, and sprinkle some salt.
  • Take a pot add water and eggs to it. Now boil it properly for about 7 to 8 minutes.
  • After boiling transfer the eggs to the ice water. Put them in water for 5 minutes.
  • Now chop the scallions and jalapeño. Also, cut the chicken into thin pieces.
  • Add the ramen noodles to water and boil them. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, till they get soft.
  • Add the noodle to a bowl with sliced chicken and ramen broth. At the fresh scallions, jalapeño and the soft boiled egg on the top.
  • Now our dish is prepared to serve it and enjoy eating with your loved ones.
