Ingredients used to make pizza are:-
- Warm water, 1 package dry yeast, flour, olive oil, salt, sugar, some veggies like tomatoes, onion, garlic, carrot, red bell pepper, and basil leaves, onions, colored sweet peppers, albino, tomatoes, olives, and cheese.
- NOTE: - You can also add more veggies, sauces, or toppings according to your taste.
HOW TO MAKE PIZZA AT HOME
1) Preparation of dough: -
- First, we need to prepare the dough. To prepare it you need a bowl.
- Now take two tablespoons of rapid rice yeast, add a tablespoon of sugar, one-fourth cup of warm water. Now mix it well and let the yeast bloom nicely.
- After yeast blooms add 2 to tbs of oil salt, garlic powder, one tbs dry Italian herbs according to your taste. Stir and mix all things well.
- Add flour; now with help of a dough hook knead the dough for 6 to 8 minutes. After that put some oil so that dough does not get dried. So our dough is ready. Put it aside and slowly it will increase its volume. how to make pizza at home
2) Preparation of the sauce: -
- To prepare sauce all you need is some veggies like tomatoes, onion, garlic, carrot, red bell pepper, and basil leaves.
- Put all the veggies excluding basil leaves in a pressure cooker and boil it for some time. After veggies are boiled put them in a grinder and grind them properly. Take out into a bowl. You can add chili powder and sugar according to taste in the sauce. Now from the top add finely chopped basil leaves and mix it well. The sauce is also ready.
3) Toppings: -
- In toppings, you can add onions, colored sweet peppers, albino, tomatoes, olives, and cheese.
4) Take the dough out from the bowl and make it in a circle shape as shown in the figure, and completely cover it with sauce.
5) Next is add cheese to the sauce, after that add topping that is you veggies like onion, colored sweet peppers, albino, tomatoes, olives. Again spread some cheese on them. Again spread toppings above cheese
6) Set temperature of you microwave at 375 degree Fahrenheit and bake pizza for around 20 minutes. If you don’t have a microwave you can do it gas but don’t forget to cover it completed with a glass lid.
7) After 20 minutes your delicious pizza is ready to eat.
