How To Make Burger: The burger is one of the most common fast food which is loved by children. Due to lockdown, they might not have eaten it for a long period of time so here today we are going to learn a recipe about how to make a delicious and mouth-watering Burger. You can surprise them by making it. This is a really delicious recipe to satisfy your hunger as well as taste. After reading the steps below you will wonder how easy and convenient it is to make a burger at home. And I am sure that after following the steps given below you are not going to order a burger from outside instead you will prefer making it at your home, also it will more hygienic, affordable and healthy as compared to priced pizza as it is made by you. Ingredients used to make Burger are:-

  • Salt, oil, knife, garam masala, burger buns, mayonnaise, potatoes, onion, cucumber, garlic, rice, bread crumb.


  1. Preparation of Tikki: -

  • Place kadhai on gas let it get hot. After it gets hot pour two spoons of oil on it.
  • Put finely chopped garlic cumin in it and let it fry till the color of the garlic changes to golden brown on low flame. How To Make Burger.
  • Then add 1 spoon chili powder, 1 spoon mango powder, ½ spoon black peppers, ½ spoon garam masala, and lastly salt in a kadhai.
  • Add finely chopped veggies it like onion, beans, and carrot. Mix well and let it be cooked for 2 – 3 minutes on low flame.

Now we will add a secret ingredient to it which gives crispiness and strong binding. That secret ingredient is boiled rice and coriander (two fists).

How To Make Burger
  • After it gets cooked for 2 minutes mash all the ingredients with help of a masher.
  • Add 6 small boiled mashed potatoes to it and mix well. Take it out on a plate and place it in the fridge for some time.

  • Till it getting cooled take one bowl of rice flour, one bowl of maida, salt, coriander, water and mix all things well and make a batter of it.
  • Take out our masala from the fridge and make Tikki of that masala as shown in the figure.

  • Now coat that tikki with batter and bread crumb. Bread crumb is used to make it crunchy and crispy.

  • Fry that Tikki in oil on high flame for 2 minutes till colour of Tikki changes to golden brown
  • Take burger bun and toast it with help of Tawa on a medium flame for 2 – 3 minutes.
Frying Potato
  • Place the upper part of the burger bun on a plate and spread some mayonnaise on it. Over mayonnaise put some cucumber, tomatoes, and onion. Above that put aalo Tikki.
  • Now on the lower part of the burger bun spread some sweet chili sauce with mayonnaise for good taste, also add some onion with a cheese slice over it.
  • Place the upper part of the bun on the lower part and our tasty burger is ready to eat.
