Ingredients used to make Samosa are:-

  • Flour, maida, Potato, Peas, Onion, Spices, Green chili, Cheese, Cumin powder, chat masala, garam masala, oil.

  • Preparation of dough: -
  • First, we need to prepare the dough. To prepare it you need a bowl.
  • Now take around 200 gm of all-purpose flour if you want you can use a combination of wheat and all-purpose flour.
  • Add ½ teaspoon of carom seeds (ajwain), salt, and 4 tablespoon oil to prepare the dough.
  • Add all the ingredients mentioned above {carom seeds (ajwain), salt, 4 tablespoon oil} in the dough. Mix all the ingredients well by rubbing it with a hand.
  • Pour some water and rub it after mixing it well our dough is ready.

2) Preparation of stuffing/masala -

  • To prepare to stuff all you need is some boiled potatoes, frozen peas, roasted peanuts or Kaju, chili, grated ginger, and garlic.
  • Put potatoes in and bowl and mash them properly you can also take the help of a masher. How To Make Samosa
  • Take a kadhai put some oil in it, and let the oil get hot.
  • Add chili, garlic, and ginger in hot oil and fry it for a minute on medium flame. After frying it add some peas and let them also fry for a minute.
  • Add turmeric, red chili powder, Kaju and mix them well
  • Add mashed potatoes to this solution and them well.
  • Add some garam masala, mango and chat masala, and roasted cumin powder, salt. Mix the species properly and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  • After 2 to 3 minutes when it gets cooked add coriander leaves.

  • Take some dough and roll it in chapatti shape. After it gets rolled cut it from the center as shown in the figure.
  • Now give that cut dough shape of samosa and fill it by stuffing (masala) which we have made, and seal it by folding it from down.
  • Now put the prepared samosa in hot oil in a kadhai. Always remember to fry it on a low flame.

Fry it on low flame till the color of the samosa changes to a golden brown. It will take around 8-10 minutes.

  • After it gets fried derve it on a plate and enjoy eating delicious samosa with sauce.
