  • Basmati rice - 1 cup (cooked)
  • Macaroni - 1 cup (cooked)
  • Tomatoes - 2 (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Green Peas - 1/2 cup
  • Cashews - 20-25
  • Coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Oil or Ghee - 3-4 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1 inch (thinly sliced)
  • Whole hot spices Large cardamom - 1, cloves - 4, black pepper - 10 - 11, cinnamon - ½ inch piece
  • Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
  • Salt - 1.5 tsp or as per taste
  • Red chili powder - less than 4 teaspoons
  • Pizza Sauce - 2 tbsp

Put oil in the pan and heat it; when the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. Slow down the flame.  When the cumin seeds are roasted, add thinly sliced ​​ginger, peel the big cardamom, and add whole grains, whole spices. After frying them lightly, add green peas and cover and fry for 1 to one and a half minutes. Open the pan, add chopped capsicum and fry it while stirring for one to one and a half minutes. Once the vegetables are crunchy, add chopped tomatoes to it and cover, and let it cook for 2 minutes. After the vegetables are cooked, add pizza sauce, red chili powder, salt, chopped cashew pieces, and cooked macaroni and mix it well. Now add the cooked rice too separately from the spatula and mix all the ingredients well. Hot macaroni rice pulao is ready.
