  • Refined flour - 2 cups (250 grams)
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Kasuri Methi - 2 tsp
  • Instant dry active yeast - 1 tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp or as per taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp

Apply oil on the hands and knead the dough thoroughly, kneading it again and again for 5 minutes, lift it soft and soft.
