  • Toppings like Cucumber, Avocado, Asparagus, JalapeƱo, Green onion, Carrots, Yuca, Sprouts, Lettuce, Bell peppers, Red onion, Radish, Sweet potato, Fruit-wise, pineapple, mango, apple, and pear are all insanely good.
  • One and a half cups of rice.
  • Two cups of water.
  • Seasoned rice vinegar


  • Add one and a half cups of rice with 2 cups of water in a medium-sized pot. Place it on the gas stove and boil it.


  • When water starts boiling, reduce the flame to low and cover with a lid. Let the rice get cooked for 20 minutes.


  • After the rice gets cooked remove them from the gas stove but lets the rice be covered for 10 more minutes.


  • Pour 1/3 cup of seasoned rice vinegar or 1/3 cup of vinegar seasoned with one teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt over the rice


  • Till rice is getting cool you can prepare your veggies.


  • With help of a spoon spread a thin layer of rice on the seaweed sheet. If you want to have large rolls, then add an extra layer.

  • Now place your toppings in the center close to each other.


  • Also, line some veggies or seafood on top of the rice according to your taste.


  • Now next step is to roll up all the ingredients well in a proper shape. Do this step gently otherwise filling inside may come out and also it may spread mess all around.


  • Now with help of a big sharp knife slice the roll into bite-sized discs.


  • You can also wrap your sushi in plastic and then cut it down so that filling do not came out and this will keep everything neat and pretty


  • Now our delicious sushi is ready to eat serve them in a plate and enjoy eating them.
